NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
T & D Baker Logistics, LLC does not guarantee:
• Grant approval
• Loan approval
• SBA funding approval
• Government contract awards
• Business success
• Specific financial outcomes
All services are provided on a best-effort basis using information supplied by the client.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit requested documentation in a timely manner
• Review all documents before submission
• Maintain responsibility for final decisions related to their business
PAYMENTS
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time services are purchased.
Payment plans may be available for certain services. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
REFUNDS
Due to the time, research, preparation, and professional services provided, fees paid for consultations, document preparation, registrations, grant research, grant writing, and business planning services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
CONFIDENTIALITY
T & D Baker Logistics, LLC will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential client information and will only use information necessary to provide requested services.
